Being one step closer to finishing a video game often brings a mix of emotions. There’s excitement at finally knowing how everything ends and what the fate of your character will be, but there’s also a little bit of sadness for that end of the journey.
Playing Cyberpunk 2077 for me means deferring all main story quests in favor of doing all of the side missions to stretch out the game a little longer. Now that I’m almost done playing the game this had some unintended consequences I hadn’t thought about.

You may be wondering why I have a progress report up earlier this month, instead of at the end of the month like I normally would. Out of all the tasks Mass Effect: Andromeda has you doing, and there’s a lot, the best part about playing this game is the loyalty missions for your crew. What I noticed about playing Andromeda this month is how a huge chunk of my gameplay time has been spent on diving deep into who my Ryder’s crew is as individuals. What their strengths and weaknesses are. What they hope and fear for themselves and for others closest to them. It’s time to conclude this month with another video game progress report.

A lot of these games involve exploration of massive worlds and interaction with exotic creatures or races. You also get games where you are given options to play as a male or female, and you get to choose the class or background of your playable character.
