Impressions On Final Fantasy XV Comrades

The extra content in Square Enix’s Final Fantasy XV is the gift that keeps on giving. The developers seem to feel there’s still much more players can get out of the game that’s way past how FFXV wraps up the story of Noctis and his friends. With the announcement of at least three more episodic DLC coming for FFXV next year, starting with an episode focused on the game’s main antagonist Ardyn, there will be plenty more to do before every aspect of the story and characters have been completely exhausted. Among the content the developers are hoping players will embrace is their latest multiplayer feature Comrades, and being a lover of all things FFXV I gave the multiplayer a shot.

Music From Final Fantasy XV: My Top 5 Favorites From The Soundtrack

Final Fantasy XV is one of the few video games from the series where your time playing it is far from over. Square Enix hasn’t been shy in their intention to keep expanding the story with additional DLC content, either to improve some holes in the main story or giving each member of Noctis’ crew their own episode to fully understand what their personal motivations, hopes, and fears are. It has been a few months since I finished my first run with FFXV, but I’m eager to play the expansion the developers keep adding onto the game. With this in mind, the epic and emotionally resonant music from the soundtrack still haunts me and I occasionally set this as my playlist on some weeks when I’m commuting to work or going out for the day. In honor of the upcoming multiplayer expansion Comrades, which will be released later this week, and next month’s final companion DLC Episode Ignis, here are my all time favorite music from the FFXV soundtrack.

Final Fantasy XV: An Imperfect, Deeply Emotional Story About Family, Love, Friendship, And Duty

My journey with Mass Effect: Andromeda ended, which means I finished my video game challenge ahead of schedule than I thought I would. As I have mentioned in my last post, I gave myself free reign to just choose any video game I felt like playing. It didn’t make sense starting a new video game challenge with most of the month nearly gone already. I decided to go back to Final Fantasy XV after putting that aside in an attempt to complete another video game challenge. It seems like I’ve been doing well on the completion front this month because Final Fantasy XV is now also in the bag. It has been an incredible trip with this game and there’s plenty to say after reflecting on it. Fair warning to those who have yet to play or finish Final Fantasy XV, there will be heavy spoilers about the game. Read at your own risk.

Final Fantasy XV: Further Impressions About The Game Over 50 Hours Later

January has been a month of playing nothing but Final Fantasy XV. Between hunts, dungeon crawls, and chocobo rides I’ve been indulging in my break from my video game challenges for a month. After clocking over 50 hours of the game so far, I’ve developed further impressions about FFXV since the last time I discussed it.

Take A Shot From Here: My Personal Favorites Of Prompto’s Road Trip Photos From Final Fantasy XV

Life is one collection of moments. The best way to capture a moment is by taking a picture. Among the features of Square Enix’s Final Fantasy XV are the photographs Prompto snaps while the guys are on the road.

My First Few Hours With Final Fantasy XV

I know what you’re thinking, especially if anyone follows along with my video game challenges on the blog, “Why is she playing Final Fantasy XV when she’s supposed to be focusing on her ongoing video game challenge?” The answer is simple really––I’m weak! I may be tipping my hand early with how my next end of the month progress report will most likely turn out based on being successfully seduced by a new and incredibly sexy game, but I played it and do have some early reactions to what I’ve experienced so far. Spoiler Alert: It’s so much fun.
